Baltic100BestRestaurants.eu presents the list of the 100 best restaurants in Baltic Sea Region (Quality List). These are the most famous and exceptional dining rooms from all across the countries of the Baltic Sea.

Baltic100BestRestaurants.eu combines the rankings of different guides (Michelin, Gault&Millau, TripAdvisor, OAD, The Best Chef, White Guide, Andy Hayler' Restaurant Guide, 360°Eat Guide,  Poland 100 Best Restaurants, 100 Best Chefs Germany) and puts them together to establish the list of the best. Only the best restaurants can become the representatives of their country during the finale of the Baltic Sea Region 100 Best Restaurants 2026!

The criteria of ranking is based on the Baltic Sea Region Score and the opinions of Baltic Sea Region Guide representative gourmets. As for the Baltic Sea Region Score for each listed restaurant, we calculate the average of all standardised review scores, weighted by each source’s trustworthiness index.

 

The final product of the whole project will be the Baltic Sea Region 100 Best Restaurants printed guide – designed so it will be an useful tool for restaurant customers – as well as the online version. The 100 best restaurateurs will be granted awards during the Baltic Sea Region 2026 Awards. The location will be revealed soon.
